How long does softwash last?
Softwashing typically lasts 4-6 times longer than power washing. Every home has reasons why they get algae to start with, which can affect how fast it returns. Shady spots, moist areas, vegetation overlay, and seasonal climates all factor into the equation.
What are those black streaks on my roof?
The black streaks you see on a roof are algae. If left untreated, it can destroy the shingles, making them vulnerable to damage and water leaks.
